mosonie is a registered non-profit serving north-east india. its site was a single-page app with no server rendering, so google could not index it. razorpay donation verification was timing out silently. the site went down during disaster relief campaigns — the moment traffic peaks. donor data carried a risk of pii leakage.

we rebuilt the site with server-side rendering so every page is indexable. the razorpay verification timeout was traced and fixed. donor data handling now meets the dpdp act 2023, with automated pii erasure. hosting was hardened to stay up through peak relief campaigns.
